BIO 215 - Anatomy


Class: 3 Lab: 3 Credits: 4
This course is a study of the structure of the human body in relation to normal and pathologic states.

Prerequisite(s): Take BIO 101  or BIO 112  with a minimum grade of “C”.

  • Anatomical terminology describing body regions, body planes, and directional references
  • Structure of the integumentary system
  • Structure of the skeletal system
  • Structure of the muscular system
  • Structure of the nervous system
  • Structure of the special senses
  • Structure of the cardiovascular system
  • Structure of the lymphatic system
  • Structure of the respiratory system
  • Structure of the digestive system
  • Structure of the urinary system
