EEM 107 - Industrial Computer Techniques Class: 2 Credits: 2 This course is an introduction to microcomputers. Topics include definitions of computer types, hardware and software structure, movement of data, and application of microcomputers.

- Each student will need a flash drive (at least 1GB).
Grading System: A 90 - 100

- Describe the basic parts of the computer system.
- Judge the effectiveness of shared data.
- Investigate various Operating Systems.
- Use a word processing application to create business documents.
- Use a spreadsheet software application to create spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Design a presentation using various presentation software applications.
