CRJ 220 - The Judicial Process Class: 3 Credits: 3 This course includes an overview of the law-making function of the courts, the growth of common law, the structure and organization of the courts, court processes and procedures involved in criminal and civil cases, and the question of reform for the administration of justice.
Prerequisite(s): Take CRJ 101 with a minimum grade of “C”. Course Topics:
- Law making functions, structure and organization of the Courts.
- Court processes and procedures involved in criminal and civil cases.
Textbooks: Textbook information can be found on the Book Inn Web site. Required Materials: None Grading System: An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
