Student Learning Outcomes:

Demonstrate ability to perform arithmetic operations on different types of numbers without the use of a calculator.
Solve algebraic equations without a calculator.
Solve problems involving ratio, proportion, and percentages.
Solve problems involving measurement and geometry.
