Description: This course emphasizes records management functions and various types of storage methods, technology, and procedures. Both manual and electronic records information management systems are included. Computer literacy in a Windows environment is essential.
Prerequisite(s): Take ENG 032 and RDG 100 with a minimum grade of C. Course Topics:
