IST 203 - Advanced Cisco Router Configuration Class: 3 Credits: 3 This course is a study of configuring Cisco routers.
Prerequisite(s): Take IST 202 with a minimum grade of “C”. Course Topics:
- Multi- area OSPF
- EIGRP
- Link Aggregation
- Adjust and Troubleshoot Single-Area OSPF
- Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)
- VLAN Trunk Protocol (VTP)

Grading System: An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.

F 0-59 Student Learning Outcomes:
- Configure single-area OSPFv2 in both point-to-point and multi-access networks.
- Implement standard IPv4 ACLs to filter traffic and secure administrative access.
- Configure NAT services on the edge router to provide IPv4 address scalability.
