MEC 152 - Mechanical Components Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 3 Credits: 3
Description: This course covers mechanical components found in industrial systems and how these components are integrated with other equipment and devices.
Prerequisite(s): MEC110, MEC130, and MEC102. Course Topics:
- Fasteners
- Springs
- Clutches
- Actuators
- Seals

Grading System: An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
A = 90 - 100
B = 80 - 89
C = 70 - 79
D = 60 - 69

- Demonstrate knowledge of installation and removal of various mechanical components.
- Demonstrate knowledge of different types of fasteners and their correct applications.
