                  ACC 265 - Not-for-Profit Accounting   Lecture Hours: 3        Credits: 3 
  Description: This course introduces the special accounting needs of municipalities, counties, states, the federal government and governmental agencies, and other not-for-profit organizations.
  Prerequisite(s): Take ACC 102  with a minimum grade of C. Course Topics:  Characteristics of governmental and non-profit organizations.
	- GAAP as it applies to Governmental and non-profit organizations.
 
	- Journal entries
 
	- Fund accounting
 
	- Expenditure accounting
 
	- Enterprise funds
 
	- CAFR analysis
 
	- Accounting principle applied to governmental and non-profit organizations
