BIO 215 - Anatomy

Description: This course is a study of the structure of the human body in relation to normal and pathologic states.
Prerequisite(s): Take BIO 101 or BIO 112 with a minimum grade of C.

- Anatomical terminology describing body regions, body planes, and directional references
- Structure of the integumentary system
- Structure of the skeletal system
- Structure of the muscular system
- Structure of the nervous system
- Structure of the special senses
- Structure of the cardiovascular system
- Structure of the lymphatic system
- Structure of the respiratory system
- Structure of the digestive system
- Structure of the urinary system

Grading System:
An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
A = 90 - 100
B = 80 - 89
C = 70 - 79
D = 60 - 69
