CPT 118 - Professional Practices in Information Technology Lecture Hours: 3 Credits: 3
Description: This course emphasizes the interpersonal and technical skills required of entry-level IT professionals. Course content includes guidance on building a career toolkit, as well as topics such as projecting a professional image, job seeking skills, ethics, and providing good customer service.
Prerequisite(s): Take CPT 170 with a minimum grade of C. Course Topics:
- Leadership and Team Building
