DAT 127 - Dental Radiography Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 3 Clinical Hours: 0 Credits: 4
Description: This course provides the fundamental background and theory for the safe and effective use of x-radiation in dentistry. It encompasses the history of x-rays, production and uses of radiation, radiographic film, exposure factors, interpretation of radiographs and radiation hygiene.

Grading System: An overall grade of B or higher is required for transferability.
A = 90 - 100
B = 80 - 89
C = 70 - 79
