EET 131 - Active Devices Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 3 Credits: 4
Description: This course is a study of semiconductor theory and principles, diodes and diode circuits, transistors, transistor circuits, and other components. Circuits are modeled, constructed, and tested.
Corequisite(s): Take EET 112 . Course Topics:
- Diode circuit characteristics and application.
- Bipolar transistor circuit characteristics and applications.
- Field-effect transistor circuit characteristics and applications.
