Description: This course covers an overview of the field of human services. Role responsibilities, problems, boundaries, and strategies of human service workers are included.

Prerequisite(s): Take RDG 100 and ENG 100 with a minimum grade of C.

Describe the human services field, including its theoretical orientations, policies, ethics and scope of practice.
