IST 290 - Special Topics in Information Sciences

Description: This course covers special topics in information sciences technologies.
Prerequisite(s): Take IST 268 with a minimum grade of C.

- Preparation for CCNA certification test

Grading System:
An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
A = 90 - 100
B = 80 - 89
C = 70 - 79
D = 60 - 69
F = 0 - 59

- Implement and operate a network consisting of PCs, routers and switches.
- Troubleshoot networks.
- Describe network terminology.
- Configure Routing protocols and concepts.
