Description: This course examines how to identify and assess employment needs within an organization. Students will also study the functions of recruitment, selection, and training, with an emphasis on employee retention.

Prerequisite(s): Take MGT 101 with a minimum grade of C.

Corequisite(s): Take MGT 201.

Grading System:
An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
