  • Filters and Dryers
  • Vessels (Towers, Columns, Reactors, Tanks, Drums)
  • Flares
  • Process Diagrams

  • Safety Glasses
  • Volt-Ohm (VOM) Meter
  • Calculator-(TI-30xa preferred)

Grading System:
A =  90 - 100
B =   80 - 89
C =   70 - 79
D =   60 - 69
F =     0 - 59

  1. Describe the appropriate uses of basic hand and power tools.
  2. Describe the various types of valves in the process industries.
  3. Describe the components of centrifugal pumps.
  4. Explain the role of power transmission and lubrication in process industries.
