Description: This course covers physics topics, including mechanics, wave motion, sound, heat, electromagnetism, optics, and modern physics.
Prerequisite(s): Take PHY 201 with a minimum grade of C. Course Topics:

- The Wave Nature of Light

- Quantum Mechanics of Atoms
- Molecules and Solids
- Nuclear Physics and Radioactivity
- Nuclear Energy; Effects and Uses of Radiation

Grading System: An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
