PNR 110 - Fundamentals of Nursing

Description: This course provides an introduction to basic principles and beginning skills necessary to the nursing process. Concepts are integrated relating to physiological and psychosocial needs of the individual. Legal and ethical roles of the practical nurses are emphasized.

Prerequisite(s): Take COL 101, ENG 101, PSY 201, BIO 112 and MAT 110 or MAT 120 with a minimum grade of C.

Grading System:
An overall grade of B or higher is required for transferability.

A = 90 - 100
B = 80 - 89
C = 70 - 79
D = 60 - 69
F = 0 - 59
