LOG 215 - Supply Chain Management Lecture Hours: 3 Credits: 3
Description: This course is the study of all activities between suppliers, producers, and end users involving the flow of goods and services to include functions such as purchasing, manufacturing, assembling, and distribution. The student will understand supply chain units and aterials management processes.
Prerequisite(s): Take RDG 100 , ENG 032 and MAT 100 with a minimum grade of C. Textbooks: Textbook information can be found on the Book Inn website Grading System: An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.

C = 70 - 79
D = 60 - 69
F = 0 - 59 Student Learning Outcomes:
- Compare the types of process design decisions associated with supply chain management.
- Evaluate the tools used in supply chain management for quality control.
- Calculate using the tools for forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling decisions.
- Explain the processes associated with inventory management and materials requirements planning.
- Compare the decisions related to choosing sources for supplies and inventory.
