DHM 107 - Diesel Equipment Service and Diagnosis

Description: This course is a study of heavy vehicle systems with emphasis on preventive maintenance, problem diagnosis, and repair procedures.
Prerequisite(s): Take DHM 159 or CWE 113 and DHM 173
Course Topics:
- Heavy diesel equipment diagnosis and repair.

Grading System:
An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
A = 90 - 100
B = 80 - 89
C = 70 - 79
D = 60 - 69
F = 0 - 59
Student Learning Outcomes:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engine concerns as it relates to heavy equipment.
- Demonstrate the ability to use diagnostic equipment.
- Demonstrate the ability to use a wiring schematic.
- Demonstrate the ability to service heavy diesel engines.
