DHM 125 - Diesel Fuel Systems Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 3 Credits: 3
Description: This course is a basic study of diesel engine fuel systems including pumps, governors, and injectors.
Prerequisite(s): Take DHM 159 or CWE 113 and DHM 173 Course Topics:
- Diesel fuel system theory and operation
- Diesel fuel system diagnosis
- Diesel fuel system repair

A = 90 - 100
B = 80 - 89
C = 70 - 79
D = 60 - 69
F = 0 - 59 Student Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate how to use a diagnostic scan tool.
- Perform an injector replacement.
- Explain common rail fuel systems.
- Exhibit an understanding of the diagnostic process as it relates to fuel system outcomes.
