DHM 269 - Diagnostic Testing Lecture Hours: 1 Lab Hours: 3 Credits: 2
Description: This course will study the practical use of specific diagnostic equipment for analyzing and repairing caterpillar machine and engine systems.
Prerequisite(s): Take DHM 159 or CWE 113 and DHM 173 Course Topics:
- Scan tool usage
- Schematics and diagrams
- Symptom, to system, to component, to cause diagnostic process
- Symptom driven diagnosis
- DTC driven diagnosis
