MEC 150 - Mechanical Systems Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 3 Credits: 3
Description: This course covers mechanical transmission devices, including various methods of how torque, HP, and motion are generated. In addition, the correct procedures for installation, removal, and maintenance as related to manufacturing equipment will be covered.
Prerequisite(s): MEC 102 , MEC 110 , and MEC 130 . Course Topics:
- Torque
- Horsepower
- Motion
- Maintenance of mechanical systems

Grading System: An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
A = 90 - 100
B = 80 - 89
C = 70 - 79
D = 60 - 69
